How do I pay with PayPal?

Please select PayPal as a payment option at the checkout stage. You will be then re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your purchase.

I have received my PayPal confirmation, but my order is not showing?

If you have placed an order and have received a confirmation email from PayPal, but for some reason, your order is not visible within your account, please contact us directly and click here. > (contact us page should link to that)

If a technical error has occurred, the order may not have been generated so we might ask you to place your order again after checking that any pending payment authorisations have been reversed.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email for my PayPal order?

Please check within PayPal if the funds have definitely been taken, and if they have, kindly contact us here with the PayPal transaction ID so a member of our team can officially confirm if the order has been generated or not.

If your PayPal email address is different from the one on your Cult Beauty account, please kindly contact us from your Driplocker email address and confirm your PayPal email address too.

I paid with PayPal, how do I cancel my order?

As we aim to ship our orders as quickly as possible, cancellations cannot be guaranteed

Please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our very best to cancel your order. Please note if your order has been picked and packed, we will not be able to cancel it.

Should the cancellation request be successful, please be advised it may take up to 24-48 hours for a notification from PayPal and for funds to appear in your account.
